Aardbei-Basilicum

The basil is such a surprise—it makes the strawberry taste fresher, not weirder. I keep a case in my fridge for evenings when I want something crisp but not sweet. This one’s my new default.

I was skeptical about basil in a drink, but the herb note actually cools down the strawberry sweetness instead of clashing with it. The balance is so spot-on that I finished the whole can in about five minutes.

The strawberry flavor is bright and juicy, but the basil gives it this unexpected, refreshing finish that actually works. I wasn't sure about the combo, but it's my new go-to for a hot afternoon.
